1. Who we are

Door Value is a real-estate marketing campaign operated by Door Value Group, affiliated with Real Broker, LLC. Door Value is not itself a brokerage, lender, or appraisal company.

2. What the service is — and is not

• When you complete the Home Seller Snapshot, a participating local real-estate professional prepares a personalized home-value analysis for you, free of charge and with no obligation.
• Any value, range, or analysis provided is a comparative market analysis (CMA) or opinion of value based on the information you share and available market data. It is not an appraisal, not a guaranteed sale price, and not financial, legal, tax, or investment advice. For an official valuation, consult a state-licensed appraiser.
• Actual market value and sale price can differ materially based on condition, market conditions, buyer demand, financing, negotiations, and other factors.

3. No client or agency relationship

Submitting a request, receiving an analysis, or communicating with us does not create a client, brokerage, agency, fiduciary, or representation relationship with Door Value, Door Value Group, Real Broker, LLC, or any participating professional. Such a relationship is created only by a separate written agreement signed by you.

4. Consent to be contacted

By submitting your information with the consent box checked, you give express written consent to receive calls, text messages, and emails about your request from Door Value and a participating real-estate professional, including via automated technology, at the contact details you provide. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of texts at any time.

5. Your information

Our collection and use of your information is described in our Privacy Policy, which is part of these terms.

6. Acceptable use

You agree to provide accurate information about a property you own or are authorized to inquire about, and not to misuse this site (including submitting false information, scraping, or interfering with its operation).

7. Intellectual property

The Door Value name, design, and site content belong to us or our licensors and may not be copied or used commercially without permission.

8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

This site and any analysis are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Door Value, Door Value Group, Real Broker, LLC, and participating professionals are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for decisions you make in reliance on an analysis. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

9. Fair housing

We support and comply with all applicable Fair Housing laws and Equal Housing Opportunity standards.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

11. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time; the effective date above reflects the latest version. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
