• Information collected automatically: basic usage data such as your IP address, device and browser type, the page you arrived from, and advertising identifiers (for example, campaign parameters and the Meta Pixel described below).

How we use your information

• To prepare your personalized home-value analysis (a comparative market analysis, or CMA).
• To connect you with a participating local real-estate professional who prepares and delivers your analysis.
• To contact you about your request by call, text message, and email — with your consent given at submission.
• To operate, measure, and improve this website and our advertising.

How we share your information

We share your information only as needed to provide the service you requested:

• With the participating real-estate professional assigned to your request, so they can prepare your analysis and follow up with you.
• With service providers that operate our infrastructure — such as website hosting, database storage, email delivery, and text-message delivery — solely to perform those functions for us.
• With advertising platforms in aggregate or event form (see "Cookies and advertising" below).
• If required by law, or to protect our rights or the safety of others.
